Ingredient :
- 10 pcs whole egg
- 1000ml fresh milk
- 250gr sugar
- Opt vanila essence
For caremel
- 500gr sugar
- 100ml water
Procedure :
For caramel
- Boil sugar and water in the bowl,until thick and get brown
For cream
- Heat sugar and fresh milk in the bowl
- Mix whole egg and then strain
- Prepare the pie mould or egg cocod,and then pour caremel
- Pour cream to egg cocod
- Steam bake in oven,in 180 c for 75 minutes
