CREAM CARAMEL


Yield : 10 portion
Ingredient :
  • 10 pcs whole egg
  • 1000ml fresh milk
  • 250gr sugar
  • Opt vanila essence  
For caremel
  • 500gr sugar
  • 100ml water
Procedure :
For caramel
  • Boil sugar and water in the bowl,until thick and get brown
For cream
  • Heat sugar and fresh milk in the bowl
  • Mix whole egg and then strain
  • Prepare the pie mould or egg cocod,and then pour caremel
  • Pour cream to egg cocod
  • Steam bake in oven,in 180 c for 75 minutes
